Once the order is booked online, you just have to label the package and bring the parcel to any of the listed shops which are shown as you book the order then the staff will scan the parcel.

You have other options other than the ‘Drop Off’ services at Dropbox2go when you book for an order. You also have the option to book for a collection where the driver comes and picks up your parcel. This includes DHL Premium services for international orders.
