DPD-PICK-UP

This service allows you to drop your parcel off at any DPD pick up shop and it will be delivered to the receiver’s address or business within 2 – 5 days. This service will not be collected from your address.

DPD Service Restrictions

Dropbox2go is proud to include DPD in our extensive delivery network. Here are some of their restrictions when sending a parcel.

  • DPD have zero tolerance on shipping batteries and liquids, so please ensure they are not included in your parcel to avoid the headache of the shipment being returned.
  • DPD is not willing to carry suitcases and holdalls any longer due to the damage that can be caused to their conveyor belts by the wheels. You can still send luggage if it is boxed up. Ensure no liquids or aerosols are sent too.
  • You should always also check the prohibited items list and that the destination you are shipping to accepts the goods you wish to send.
